Currently, Candid Apricot ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for furniture and textiles?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture pieces, while textiles must be unwashed and have tags attached.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
