Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all fragile home goods are properly padded to prevent transit damage.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
